To observe how commuters move throughout North Greenwich, I went to site from 4-6pm. The feeling of safety is definitely an issue. As a single female traveller, the lack of people along the Thames Walk, made any single persons or small groups stand out. Cameras don't replace the comfort of consistent crowds.

Lighting is present but harsh, and there are no alternative paths available due to blocked private access.
